On the seafront in the heart of Brighton's 'Lanes', this friendly hotel is well-located for nightlife, shopping, restaurants and the beach. Great location. The family room we had was on the fourth floor with ocean view. It had a separate bedroom off the lounge..and kids slept in beds in the lounge. We feel it was great value for money. Kids loved the indoor pool too. Close to shops
